Place one or two rounds in the shower in the direct stream of water. As the round(s) get wet, they begin to dissolve and release potent essential oils into the hot shower steam. The slow release formula gives you a good few minutes of soothing and refreshing eucalyptus and peppermint filled air. Eucalyptus is known for deep respiratory support and combined with peppermint makes for a wonderfully refreshing and awakening shower.

For shower only, do not use in the bath, keep out of eyes
