Delivery Areas & Schedule

When placing orders, please select the delivery day based on your city/area. Our delivery schedule is setup to group areas and limit our carbon footprint. 

Delivery is free for orders over $40. There is a $3.99 delivery fee for orders under $40.

Deliveries for Thursday 11/26 will be delivered on Friday 11/27

South Tacoma, Eastside Tacoma, South End, Midland, Parkland, Waller, Summit, Spanaway, Gig Harbor, Fox Island, Lakewood, Steilacoom, Dupont, JBLM  

Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 8pm. Orders must be received by 6pm the day before to be guaranteed to make that delivery day.

Pick up Locations

Pick up is free for any size order. 


Pick up will not be available Thursday 11/26

Our shop is not open yet, but you can order from our website and pick up from our porch (You may also leave empties, just make sure your name is somewhere in the bag or on containers).

When you check out, select Porch Pick up in Tacoma and we will contact you with pick up information. Orders will generally be ready within 48 hours or less Monday-Saturday. Address is 1108 6th St, Tacoma. 


Orders can be picked up at Wild Hare Organic Farm, 4520 River Road East, Tacoma, WA 98443. Their farm stand is open Tuesdays 12pm-7pm and Wednesdays 10am-5pm. 

*Orders must be placed Monday by 6pm and will be available for pick up at Wild Hare on Tuesday by 12:30pm. 

*When returning your empty containers to Wild Hare, please write your name on a piece of scrap paper or leave your original packing list in the bag so that we know who to credit the returns to. Thank you!


    How Our Local Delivery Works 


    Select your refill products and any other products you need. You can either place your refill orders as you need them or on a subscription basis. With a subscription, you can set it and forget it. You pick how often you'd like to receive a supply (1 month, 2 month, 3 month, 4 month), save 10% on most products (some products are 5%), and we will automatically deliver on the schedule you've selected. No worries about being locked into anything, the schedule is customizable or can be cancelled anytime. 


    During checkout, select the local delivery area (areas/days noted above) for your neighborhood/town or select one of our pick up options. If you are selecting delivery, please include any important notes that will help us get the order to your doorstep. For example, you may want the order left at your back door or there may be a code to access a gated community. If you have questions about contact us and we'll help you sort it out. 


    When you receive a refillable product from us, you are essentially borrowing our containers. You can pour the product into your favorite container or dispenser at home or use directly from our container. On your next delivery day, leave out any empty containers in the delivery bag. We will collect them to wash, sanitize and reuse. If you pick up your orders, you can leave empties at the pick up location for us to collect (please include your name in the bag or on the container). If you are still using the product from our container, no worries, you can return it next time. We just ask that you return containers within 90 days so we can keep them in rotation. 

    Due to a nationwide shortage of certain jars, bottles, pumps and sprayers due to Covid, we have not been able to keep a selection of dispenser options in stock. We do currently have pump dispensers that fit on top of regular mouth or wide mouth Mason Jars, if you have a jar of your own, but we are not currently able to sell the jars to go with them.   


    When you need a refill, place an order on our website. If you've signed up for a subscription, you don't need to do anything, we already have your order info. On delivery day, leave out empty containers and lids in the delivery bag on your doorstep. Keep any pump dispensers. You can also feel free to leave any paper, labels or stickers that may have come with your order. We will reuse, compost or recycle. 

    Terms of Service

    By using our site and placing an order, you agree to our terms of service, section 5A. Refillable jars, bottles and delivery bag belong to Tacoma Soap Refillery. Please keep these items in a safe area so that you can return them in good condition. We are not currently charging an upfront bottle deposit but, if for some reason you are not able to return an item within 90 days, fees may apply.
