Delivery Areas & Schedule

  • $30 minimum order for most areas + $5.00 delivery fee
  • Delivery is free for orders over $75
  • Gig Harbor $50 minimum order + $5.00 delivery fee
  • Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 8pm
  • Please place orders by 5pm on Monday for Tuesday Delivery. 
  • Place orders by 5pm on Wednesday for Thursday Delivery. 

Tacoma addresses will typically be delivered every Tuesday. All other deliveries will be delivered once a month on Thursdays per the schedule below. Because we have a very small crew and we strive to make deliveries as sustainable as possible, delivery days could vary. We will contact you by text if there are updates to your delivery day

Combining orders: If you have an order already placed, but need to add items, just place another order and select the option to Combine orders and we will make sure to combine them on our end and deliver together.

Pick up Locations

SHOP PICKUP AT OUR POPUP SHOP @ LA PALOMA TACOMA, 2613 N 21st Street. 
No minimum order, no delivery fee

Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday will be available for pickup beginning Thursday during shop hours. 

Orders placed Wednesday, Thursday, Friday will be available for pickup beginning Saturday during shop hours.

You may also leave your empties, please put your name somewhere in the bag or on containers. We love getting our containers back and are also happy to take donated Mason jars or Boston round bottles that are clean and have any labels removed. Unfortunately, don't have the capacity to take a lot of different container sizes right now. If you are unsure and have containers you think we can use, don't hesitate to email us. 

WILD HARE ORGANIC FARM
No minimum order, no delivery fee

Orders can be picked up at Wild Hare Organic Farm, 4520 River Road East, Tacoma, WA 98443. Their farm stand is open Tuesdays 12pm-7pm and Wednesdays 10am-5pm. During the summer, they are also open Saturdays 10-3pm, but check their website to confirm. 

Orders must be placed Monday by 5pm and will be available for pick up at Wild Hare on Tuesday by 12:30pm. You can leave your empties with Wild Hare, leave your name in the bag or on the container please.

    How Our Local Delivery Works 

    Step 1: SELECT PRODUCTS

    Select your refill products and any other products you need and add them to your cart. 

    Step 2: SELECT YOUR DELIVERY OPTION

    During checkout, select the Local delivery option for your area ($30 order min/$5 delivery fee) or one of the pick up options. If you are selecting delivery, please include any important notes that will help us get the order to your doorstep. For example, you may want the order left at your back door or there may be a code to access a gated community. If you have questions contact us and we'll help you sort it out. 

    Step 3: RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY

    When you receive a refillable product from us, you are essentially borrowing our containers. You can pour the product into your favorite container or dispenser at home or use directly from our container. On your next delivery day, leave out any empty containers in the delivery bag. We will collect them to wash, sanitize and reuse. If you pick up your orders, you can leave empties at the pick up location for us to collect (please include your name in the bag or on the container). If you are still using the product from our container, no worries, you can return it next time.    

    Step 4: REFILL ORDERS

    When you need a refill, place an order on our website. On delivery day, leave out clean empty containers and lids in the delivery bag on your doorstep. Keep any pump dispensers, mister or dropper tops. We will sanitize the jars that come back to us, but it is important that you wash all the product out of them. It's not required, but if you choose to put them through your dishwasher, the logo stickers are water proof and will stay on. You can also feel free to leave any paper, labels, etc that may have come with your order. We will reuse, compost or recycle.
