Delivery Areas & Schedule

All orders will now be delivered on Tuesdays. Zone 1 happens every Tuesday, while Zone 2 and 3 alternate Tuesdays. 

We have just a $25 minimum order for delivery and $3.99 delivery fee. Delivery is free for orders over $50.

EVERY TUESDAY Zone 1

All Tacoma address (with the exception of NE Tacoma, we deliver there every other Tues) Puyallup, Sumner 

EVERY OTHER TUES Zone 2 (beginning 4/20, 5/4)

NE Tacoma, Fife, Auburn, Federal Way, Des Moines, Kent, Renton

EVERY OTHER TUES Zone 3 (Dates: 4/13, 4/27)

University Place, Fircrest, Gig Harbor, Fox Island, Lakewood, Steilacoom, JBLM

Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 8pm. Orders must be received by 6pm the day before to be guaranteed to make that delivery day.

Pick up Locations

 

PORCH PICKUP AT OUR SHOP IN TACOMA
No minimum order, no delivery fee

You can order from our website and pick up from our porch. When you check out, select Porch Pick up in Tacoma , you will get a notification when your order is ready for pick up. Orders will generally be ready within 48 hours, Monday-Saturday. Address is 1108 6th St, Tacoma. 

(You may also leave empties, just make sure your name is somewhere in the bag or on containers)

WILD HARE ORGANIC FARM*
No minimum order, no delivery fee

Orders can be picked up at Wild Hare Organic Farm, 4520 River Road East, Tacoma, WA 98443. Their farm stand is open Tuesdays 12pm-7pm and Wednesdays 10am-5pm. 

Orders must be placed Monday by 6pm and will be available for pick up at Wild Hare on Tuesday by 12:30pm. You can leave your empties with Wild Hare, leave your name in the bag or on the container please. 

NEW! PICKUP IN BURIEN AT THREE TREES BOOKSTORE
Order from our website and pick up at the cutest little bookstore you've ever seen. $25 minimum order $3.99 delivery fee. $50 min for free delivery.

Orders will be delivered there every other week (Next pick up 4/17)

Place orders by 6pm on Thursday and your order will be available by Saturday at 3pm. The bookstore is open for pick ups 3-6pm daily. You can leave your empties with Three Trees, leave your name in the bag or on the container please.

    How Our Local Delivery Works 

    Step 1: SELECT PRODUCTS

    Select your refill products and any other products you need. You can either place your refill orders as you need them or on a subscription basis. With a subscription, you can set it and forget it. You pick how often you'd like to receive a supply (1 month, 2 month, 3 month, 4 month), save 10% on most products (some products are 5%), and we will automatically deliver on the schedule you've selected. No worries about being locked into anything, the schedule is customizable or can be cancelled anytime. 

    Step 2: SELECT YOUR DELIVERY OPTION

    During checkout, select the local delivery area (areas/days noted above) for your neighborhood/town or select one of our pick up options. If you are selecting delivery, please include any important notes that will help us get the order to your doorstep. For example, you may want the order left at your back door or there may be a code to access a gated community. If you have questions about contact us and we'll help you sort it out. 

    Step 3: RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY

    When you receive a refillable product from us, you are essentially borrowing our containers. You can pour the product into your favorite container or dispenser at home or use directly from our container. On your next delivery day, leave out any empty containers in the delivery bag. We will collect them to wash, sanitize and reuse. If you pick up your orders, you can leave empties at the pick up location for us to collect (please include your name in the bag or on the container). If you are still using the product from our container, no worries, you can return it next time. We just ask that you return containers within 4 months so we can keep them in rotation. 

    Due to a nationwide shortage of certain jars, bottles, pumps and sprayers due to Covid, we have not been able to keep a selection of dispenser options in stock. We do currently have pump dispensers that fit on top of regular mouth or wide mouth Mason Jars, if you have a jar of your own, but we are not currently able to sell the jars to go with them.   

    Step 4: REFILL ORDERS

    When you need a refill, place an order on our website. If you've signed up for a subscription, you don't need to do anything, we already have your order info. On delivery day, leave out clean empty containers and lids in the delivery bag on your doorstep. Keep any pump dispensers. We will sanitize the jars that come back to us, but it is important that you wash all the product out of them. You can also feel free to leave any paper, labels or stickers that may have come with your order. We will reuse, compost or recycle. 

    Terms of Service

    By using our site and placing an order, you agree to our terms of service, section 5A. Refillable jars, bottles and delivery bag belong to Tacoma Soap Refillery. Please keep these items in a safe area so that you can return them in good condition. We are not currently charging an upfront bottle deposit but, if for some reason you are not able to return an item within 90 days, fees may apply. See Section 5A of our Terms of Service Document for more information.
