Delivery Areas & Schedule

  • $25 minimum order for delivery + $5.00 delivery fee
  • Delivery is free for orders over $75
  • Gig Harbor/Fox Island $50 minimum order + $5.00 delivery fee. Free delivery with $75+ (We love our Gig Harbor/Fox Island customers, we just need to mitigate the cost of traveling out that way)
  • Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 8pm
  • Orders must be received by 6pm the day prior to your delivery day. 

Tacoma addresses will be delivered Thursdays. All other deliveries will be delivered Tuesdays. See below for Tuesday delivery details. There may be times, that we have to shift a few orders around to different days.

Combining orders: If you have an order already placed, but need to add items, just place another order and select the option to Combine orders and we will make sure to combine them on our end and deliver together. 

    Are you outside of our current delivery area? We're always expanding to include more areas. Send us a note to Let us know your city and zip code, the more demand in an area, the faster we'll be able to set up a delivery schedule there.


    Pick up Locations

    No minimum order, no delivery fee

    You can order from our website and pick up from our porch. We typically have orders ready within 24-48 hours and you will receive a text from us when it's ready for pickup. Please be sure to provide us with a cell number during your order. Your order will be available for pickup on our porch during the same hours our shop is open. Mon 11-6, Tues/Wed we are closed, Thurs 11-7, Fri 11-6, Sat/Sun 11-5. 

    Please make every attempt to pick up your order within a few days. Orders left for an extended period (more than 2 weeks) will be refunded (minus a 3% CC fee) Thanks!

    No minimum order, no delivery fee

    Orders can be picked up at Wild Hare Organic Farm, 4520 River Road East, Tacoma, WA 98443. Their farm stand is open Tuesdays 12pm-7pm and Wednesdays 10am-5pm. During the summer, they are also open Saturdays 10-3pm, but check their website to confirm. 

    Orders must be placed Monday by 6pm and will be available for pick up at Wild Hare on Tuesday by 12:30pm. You can leave your empties with Wild Hare, leave your name in the bag or on the container please. 

    No minimum order, no delivery fee, available every 1st and 3rd Wednesday.

    Order from our website and pick up at the cutest little bookstore you've ever seen. Place your order by 6pm Mondays. Orders will be delivered to Three Trees and available for pickup every 1st and 3rd Wednesday during their open hours each day 10-6pm. If you don't get a chance to pickup Wednesday, they are available Tues-Sat 10-6pm during their regular business hours. 

    You can leave your empties/delivery bags with Three Trees, leave your name in the bag or on the container please. 


      How Our Local Delivery Works 


      Select your refill products and any other products you need and add them to your cart. 


      During checkout, select the South Sound doorstep delivery option ($25 order min/$5 delivery fee) or one of the pick up options. If you are selecting delivery, please include any important notes that will help us get the order to your doorstep. For example, you may want the order left at your back door or there may be a code to access a gated community. If you have questions contact us and we'll help you sort it out. 


      When you receive a refillable product from us, you are essentially borrowing our containers. You can pour the product into your favorite container or dispenser at home or use directly from our container. On your next delivery day, leave out any empty containers in the delivery bag. We will collect them to wash, sanitize and reuse. If you pick up your orders, you can leave empties at the pick up location for us to collect (please include your name in the bag or on the container). If you are still using the product from our container, no worries, you can return it next time. We just ask that you return containers and cloth/reusable delivery bags within 4 months so we can keep them in rotation.   

      Step 4: REFILL ORDERS

      When you need a refill, place an order on our website. On delivery day, leave out clean empty containers and lids in the delivery bag on your doorstep. Keep any pump dispensers. We will sanitize the jars that come back to us, but it is important that you wash all the product out of them. It's not required, but if you choose to put them through your dishwasher, the logo stickers are water proof and will stay on. You can also feel free to leave any paper, labels, etc that may have come with your order. We will reuse, compost or recycle. 

      Terms of Service

      By using our site and placing an order, you agree to our terms of service, section 5A. Refillable jars, bottles and delivery bag belong to Tacoma Soap Refillery. Please keep these items in a safe area so that you can return them in good condition. We are not currently charging an upfront bottle deposit (unless noted in product description) but, if for some reason you are not able to return an item within 120 days, fees may apply.
