Delivery Areas & Schedule

When placing orders, please select the delivery day based on your city/area. Our delivery schedule is setup to group areas and limit our carbon footprint. 

Delivery is free for orders over $40. There is a $3.00 delivery fee for orders under $40. 

Important Note: Delivery schedule changes. There will be no deliveries on Sept 1 or Sept 4. We are adding a delivery day for Tuesday delivery area on Friday Aug 28th.

Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 8pm. Orders must be received by 7pm the day before to be guaranteed to make that delivery day.  We try to accommodate orders placed after 7pm, but if not, your order will be scheduled for the next delivery day in your area.

Pick up Locations

Pick up, at one of our locations, is always free for any size order. 

Wild Hare Organic Farm - Tacoma
New! Beginning March 3rd, orders can be picked up at Wild Hare Organic Farm, 4520 River Road East, Tacoma, WA 98443. Their farmstand is open Tuesdays 12pm-7pm and Wednesdays 10am-5pm.

*Orders must be placed Monday by 7pm and will be available for pick up at Wild Hare on Tuesday by 12:30pm. 

*When returning your empty containers to Wild Hare, please write your name on a piece of scrap paper or leave your original packing list in the bag so that we know who to credit the returns to. Thank you!

    How it Works 

    Step 1: SELECT PRODUCTS

    Select your refill products and any other products you need. You can either place your refill orders as you need them or on a subscription basis. With a subscription, you can set it and forget it. You pick how often you'd like to receive a supply (1 month, 2 month, 3 month, 4 month), save 10%, and we will automatically deliver on the schedule you've selected. 

    Step 2: DO YOU NEED DISPENSERS?

    When you receive a refillable product from us, you can pour into your favorite dispenser at home. If you need a dispenser, we have several types of bottles with pump dispensers available for purchase. 

    Step 4: DELIVERY

    During checkout, select the local delivery for your neighborhood/town and input the shipping address where you would like the order dropped off.  If there are any important notes that will help us get the order to your doorstep, please make sure to let us know. For example, you may want the order left at your back door or there may be a code to access a gated community. 

    Step 5: REFILL ORDERS

    When you need a refill, place an order on our website. If you've signed up for a subscription, you don't need to do anything, we already have your order info. On delivery day, leave out empty containers and lids in the delivery bag on your doorstep. Keep your pump dispensers. You can also leave any paper, labels or stickers that may have come with your order. We will reuse, compost or recycle everything for you. 

    Terms of Service

    By using our site and placing an order, you agree to our terms of service, section 5A. Refillable jars, bottles and delivery bag belong to Tacoma Soap Refillery. Please keep these items in a safe area so that you can return them in good condition. We are not currently charging an upfront bottle deposit, but if for some reason, you are not able to return an item, a fee will apply. See Section 5A of our Terms of Service Document for more information.
